With the bridge down the importance of the barrier can clearly be seen!
With the barrier in position there is enough space to move a locomotive between any of the freight sidings and the loco sidings, and limited shunting can take place on the furthest freight sidings. Only the nearest track (to the passenger platform) becomes inaccessable.

When the scenery is completed the passenger platform track will have a (non-working) third rail fitted allowing access to EMUs used by the KronicWestmarch Railway.
